Hospitality has always been at the heart of what I do.  I’ve spent years balancing responsibilities and cultivating a patient, organized, and flexible mindset. My professional path includes running multiple businesses and embracing the full-time RV lifestyle, which deepened my appreciation for the unique sense of community that RV resorts offer. When I joined QRV Resorts, it felt like a perfect match—combining my passion for helping people with a lifestyle I genuinely love.

The best part of my role is getting to know our residents and seeing how a well-run resort can positively impact their daily lives. Whether I’m helping someone settle in or solving a challenge, I aim to create an atmosphere that’s both supportive and uplifting. I recently helped two residents navigate a dispute over shared amenities by listening, facilitating an honest conversation, and implementing a fair scheduling system. It turned a conflict into an opportunity for connection and trust-building.

I personally welcome every new resident and make it a point to learn about their journey. From hosting coffee socials to organizing themed events, I love creating spaces where people can connect and feel included. One moment that sticks with me was helping a resident with limited mobility access community resources. we pulled together a network of support, and it reminded me just how powerful community can be. Respect, compassion, and integrity guide every decision I make. I’m committed to making this a place people are proud to call home.

Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking, reading, enjoying the beach, or exploring new local restaurants. I’m a big believer in supporting small businesses and love encouraging our guests to explore and shop local. It’s one more way we build connection, not just within the park, but with the surrounding community as well.
