Quality RV Resorts requires a 50% prepayment to book: 50% of the stay for daily and weekly reservations under 28 days, and 50% of the monthly rate for stays of 28 days or more. Monthly guests on metered electric also pay a $100 refundable electricity deposit, applied to final usage at check-out. Park model rentals require a $250 refundable security deposit.

Yes. A booking fee applies to reservations, and a site lock fee applies if you choose to guarantee a specific site. Your reservation summary lists every fee before you pay, and our team is happy to walk you through the total by phone.

Monthly reservations require 30 days’ notice to cancel without losing your deposit, and daily and weekly reservations generally require 7 days’ notice. Refunds are not issued after check-in, for weather-related cancellations or early departures, or if a guest is asked to leave for rule violations. Management may review exceptional circumstances case by case.

When a refund is due, QRV processes it to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take another 7 to 14 business days to appear on your statement. Card authorization holds placed at booking or check-in follow the same 7 to 14 business day timeline to drop off.
