Pricing & Stays

Monthly rates in Houston range from $599 to $1,170 depending on site type, location, and length of stay.
Monthly stays in San Antonio start around $650, with optional covered pads and all-bills-paid packages.
Electricity is metered separately at most resorts ($0.07–$0.14/kWh, averaging $40–$120/month). Some locations offer all-bills-paid packages covering rent, electricity, water, sewer, and Wi-Fi.
All-inclusive rates cover rent, electricity, water, sewer, upgraded Wi-Fi, and access to all resort amenities.
A 50% deposit is required for monthly reservations, and a 1-night deposit for daily stays. A $100 refundable electric deposit applies to monthly bookings. Park model rentals require a $250 security deposit. No hidden fees!

Yes. You may request a specific site (e.g., lakeview, covered pad, or near amenities), subject to availability.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellations 30+ days before arrival: Full refund (less any non-refundable booking/processing fees).

b. Cancellations 8–29 days: Cancellation fee equal to one day’s rate (booking/processing fees remain non-refundable).

c. Cancellations <7 days: No refund or credit (booking/processing fees remain non-refundable).

d. No-shows / Early departures: No refund or credit (booking/processing fees remain non-refundable).

e. Weather / Unforeseen Events: No refunds for weather; force majeure events handled per management policy (see Section 31).

f. Management may grant refunds or credits at its discretion for exceptional circumstances; such decisions are final.

g. Booking / Processing Fees — No Refunds: For clarity, booking, reservation, and processing fees are separate from nightly/site charges and are non-refundable in all circumstances unless QRV explicitly states otherwise in writing. This includes convenience fees, service fees, or any channel fees collected by QRV at booking.

We recommend booking 30 days in advance for winter stays and 90+ days before events like the Houston Rodeo or San Antonio Fiesta.
Yes, many properties offer golf carts and private storage sheds for a small monthly fee.
QRV is family-friendly and welcomes all ages, unless restricted by local law or ordinance.
