Refund & Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellations 30+ days before arrival: Full refund (less any non-refundable booking/processing fees).
b. Cancellations 8–29 days: Cancellation fee equal to one day’s rate (booking/processing fees remain non-refundable).
c. Cancellations <7 days: No refund or credit (booking/processing fees remain non-refundable).
d. No-shows / Early departures: No refund or credit (booking/processing fees remain non-refundable).
e. Weather / Unforeseen Events: No refunds for weather; force majeure events handled per management policy (see Section 31).
f. Management may grant refunds or credits at its discretion for exceptional circumstances; such decisions are final.
g. Booking / Processing Fees — No Refunds: For clarity, booking, reservation, and processing fees are separate from nightly/site charges and are non-refundable in all circumstances unless QRV explicitly states otherwise in writing. This includes convenience fees, service fees, or any channel fees collected by QRV at booking.
