They can't keep reservations straight. They removed the vending machines & printers in the business center that they used to have. They removed the ice machine. They no longer provide cable but didn't tell anyone checking in so people spent days trying to to figure out why they had no cable. The new management is not friendly at all & seems bothered that he has to deal with normal job duties. However, Carla (I believe is her name) is very friendly & helpful when she's there. The customer service & quality has gone down but the prices only go up. Sadly, it's not as well maintained as before.

We have been coming here for the past 4 years off and on but this time everything changed no longer take cash of any kind and don't tell you till your here. My biggest complaint of all is that tell you Quite time Is from. 10pm to 7am but they got music blaring at the pool all night long. If they want us to be Quite they need to turn it off also.

If you need to be in the area, this place is a great option. Very nice facility and community spaces. I happen to be a country boy, so the area is not one I would choose... but still a great place.

It's nice and quiet, remote. I love the amenities this place has to offer. Their pool setup is beautiful, and the laundry area is clean, quiet, the music in there is nice. The community is mostly indoors enjoying their own space but time to time when I'm out walking the dog you'll see the neighbors walking or talking w one another. The resort is made w our pets in mind and it gives me a feeling of home.

The park is under new management, so any reviews that note Cameron and Rachel no longer apply.
Thieves are making regular rounds and stealing from all vehicles that are left unlocked. And stealing anything in the bed of pickup trucks. It is happening nightly, so it is obviously someone staying in the park. Park management is politely but firmly insisting that there is absolutely nothing they are willing to do to take additional security measures.
Acknowledging a problem of this magnitude, and then insisting that there is nothing they are willing to do to make the park safe for guests is unbelievable.
